1997 - Avril 4th, Moscow, signing of the agreement beteween Sociedade Mineira de CATOCA, Lda. and Daumonty Financing Cy.B.V. which equates the financing of 25MUS$ with the increase of S.M.C., Lda's Social Capital and its new constitution.
- Conclusion of the settong-up of the Ore Dressing Plant.
- Preparing kimberlite blocks for starting mining activities.
