Activities on electrical power field include:
Design, consulting, and construction of electric power plants based on "turn-key" system; Research and development of electrical equipment for middle and high voltages; Manufacture of electrical equipment for middle and high voltages.
Electrical Power Engineering of Energoinvest is a basic unit for performing electric power plants all over the world. For more than 40 years it has constructed about 500 transformer stations 72,5 kV - 420 kV in more than 30 countries on the "turn-key" basis.
In cooperation with other Energoinvest's engineering units, it participated in construction of 8 Thermal and 22 Hydro Electric Power Plants, in the country and abroad.
The activities of electrical power engineering are: design, consulting, procurement and assembly of equipment, supervising of assemblage, testing of built plants and their delivery to the final users.
The implemented quality system is in conformity with ISO 9001standard and it is certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd.
Research and development in the field of electrical equipment for low, middle, and high voltages has been done for more than 35 years. Thanks to the results of such a work, Energoinvest is ranged with the biggest European manufacturers of gas-insulated installations, SF6 switchgears and SF6 measuring transformers up to 550 kV voltage. Energoinvest had transferred its own know-how of SF6 middle and high voltage equipment into partner companies in 5 countries. The developing activities of SF6 high voltage equipment didn't stop even during the aggression upon Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Energoinvest began to restore the manufacturing of electrical equipment in 1995, confirming its top-quality and reliability by typical tests at KEMA (Holland), CESI (Italy), and IPH (Germany) laboratories.
Manufacturing of electrical equipment for electric power plants, for power transmission and distribution has existed for more than 45 years. The majority of this production is based on our own knowledge and technologies, and in the past, 80% of our products were for export.
The production program in prewar period was located in 14 sectors and it used to cover very wide range of products from 0,4 kV up to 550 kV.

During 45 years of business all over the world, Energoinvest - transmission lines department has designed, manufactured and constructed transmission lines, 11kV - 500 kV. About 80% of total production and activities of transmission lines department have been delivered abroad. More than 57000 km has been constructed and about 800.000 tons steel-lattice transmission lines towers has been manufactured and delivered.

In 1980, Transmission lines department became a significant manufacturer of cable cars and ski lifts for industry and tourism based on the engineering system. Transmission lines department was the exclusive supplier and constructor of vertical transport lines for XIV Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo, 1984.

· Engineering for transmission lines for voltages up to 500kV;

Industrial steel valves and fittings (gate valves, valves, globe valves, swing check valves and ball faucets made from carbonized and alloyed steel) according to API, BS, ANSI, DIN and GOST standards. The presser-classes 150-1500 (1,6-25,0 Mpa), 2?-30" (50-750 mm) for oil, gas, petrochemical and chemical industry, also for power (steam, water).
Equipment for oil and natural gas wells according to API 6A series 2.000-10.000 psi.

Department of non-ferrous metals and nonmetals was established within Energoinvests in 1969 for construction of large and main plants in the field of light and non-ferrous metals in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The successful development of non-ferrous metals technology lasted 20 years, while Bauxite mines capacity was 2,300.000 t/year, Aluminum oxide factory capacity 850.000 t/year, Aluminum factory capacity 93.000 t/year, and mines of Zinc, Lead, Manganese and many metal processing factories.

Energopetrol-Sarajevo through 70 modern gas stations in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and by Energopetrol-Zagreb through 27 gas stations in Croatia carries out distribution of oil derivatives and motor oils and lubricants. Energopetrol-Sarajevo also possesses a large storage space and terminal in Sarajevo.
| NATURAL GAS |
Energoinvest is the exclusive importer and carrier of development of natural gas consumption in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By gas import, many developing trends are taking place in Energoinvest and other companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina whose products compensate the gas import. Consumption of natural gas in Bosnia and Herzegovina is dynamically increasing so Energoinvest has to deal with storage technology of natural gas.
| CHEMISTRY |
Chemical industry is basically processing one and ready-made production based on bitumen. The traditional products are: waterproof tapes, waterproof emulsions and different types of bitumen emulsions, anticorrosive agents, thinners and glues as well as fillers.
A part of these activities is carried out at the refinery in Gradacac.

The beginnings of this activity were in 1955 at the laboratory for welding and defecto- scopy targeting improvement of technique, technology and control as well as education of personnel of Energoinvest. After the aggression upon Bosnia and Herzegovina, several institutes and centers of Energoinvests were in 1995, joined together to unify activities and personnel resources for the sake of mutual performance in the market and capability to provide universal services of its own activities.
