The largest plant in the Balkan Peninsula for production of aluminum castings. It is specialized in manufacturing truck and automobile wheels, radiators. It possesses the only line for aluminum tank wheels in Europe put in operation in 1987. The plant meets the demands of automobile, electronic, chemical, food and other industries by using all modern methods and technologies for casting of aluminum castings.
It casts all pieces and spare parts for electric and motor trucks. It is equipped with all the necessary counter pressure, low pressure and high pressure casting machines.
A procedure is in process for developing a quality system in compliance with ISO 9001 with the participation of TUV Rheinland.

The company is established in 1977 with Bulgarian "know-how". The mission of the company is scientific research and production of products with special application in high-temperature furnaces in the chemical industry, cylinder sleeves for ship engines made of special materials, bi-metal roller for the ceramic industry, thermo-resistant rollers for furnaces for the glass industry, aluminum industry, metallurgy etc.
Since 1989 the degree of the scientific research and experimental activity has considerably decreased and the company directed its production towards some unique products for the European market.
Some of its major products and clients are:
-Complex products for the chemical industry for: BASF, UHDE, Linde, Carolic-Germany, etc.;

Traditional producer of shaped castings from ferrous alloys for the truck industry, heavyweight automobiles, for energetic and forging equipment, metal-working machines, for furnace manufacturing and casting moulds, for fittings - valves, flaps etc., weighing from 5 kg up to 5000 kg and max. overall dimensions 5000x2400x1500 mm.
The production program covers:
1) Designing casting technologies and equipment with CAD/CAM systems.
2) Producing casting equipment using metal-working machines with CNC.
3) Manufacturing and delivery of shaped castings made of:
· constructional and carbon steels according to DIN GS35 to GS70 and acc. ASTM;

The company is specialized in the production of moldings of cast iron utilizing the method of form modifying. It has adopted more than 200 types of castings for fork-lift trucks, cars and trucks. The castings are used mainly in the transmission, running gear and brake system (bodies, cassettes, hubs, brake discs and drums, brake shoes etc.).
For the last five years the company has adopted the production of 400 castings which are fashion profile of water and gas supplying systems. The plant is put into operation in 1980 (its reconstruction and modernization have been made in 1987).

eccentric presses, hydraulic presses, sheet-bending press, guillotine shears for sheet metal cutting, pneumatic hammers.

micro turbines - 0.5 to 50 kW;
