The In- House Trainings: Our selection process includes an in-house one week selective and induction training addressed to cover the following objectives:
- To train: After years of experience on the field, we have managed to gather know how and strategic techniques that we share with our trainees in order to provide them with the necessary tools to successfully develop a fruitful and fast track career.
- To Inform: This process opens wide the doors of our Company to those willing to join the nomad crew in terms of information and transparency. It is of paramount importance for us that our new recruits fully understand and appreciate the character and rules of World Investment News.
- To select: making sure that the person finally accepted on board as a new nomad is the most adequate we will be in a position of guaranteeing a long and hopefully successful career in our firm. This process takes place at the charming “Posada de Muriel” www.lasposadas.com , a fabulous “hotel de Charme” allocated in the countryside of León (Spain).

The career development programs:
1.Coaching: weekly confidential communication with the HR department during the first six months on board gives us the chance to follow up the integration and development of our people in these crucial moments. Every person joining our crew has the right to integrate his/her team in the most friendly and professional manner. Guaranteeing it is the responsibility of our HR Department
2.Mentoring: once the integration has been verified satisfactory, every “winnois” is assigned to the responsibility of a relevant member of our management. The mentor therefore becomes responsible of maintaining direct communication and mutual trust with the mentored, because in World Investment News, our collaborators are never numbers or anonymous faces in our “here is our team” section.
3.Junior Executives Training: reaching the position of Country Report Manager is not easy. It involves motivation, hard work, professional and personal skills and in World Investment News we sincerely believe that everyone reaching the necessary experience must have the chance to develop those skills. In order to help our people develop those skills we have implemented the Country Report Manager Course, addressed to our Junior Executives. We work in fields such as time management, people’s management, Sales strategy, communication and customer orientation. Our objective is that in the future, when our nomads remember their first international assignments, they will be proud of the training they received and the work they did with us!
