To live in, the customer has a choice between:

• An apartment with 2 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and guests’ toilet
• An apartment of Type 1 with 2 rooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette
• A double or simple room with 1 bathroom each

All these apartments and rooms are air-conditioned and well equipped with television connected to several national and international channels as well as an internal telephone.

Residence Marika guarantees the security of the customer and his vehicle by providing him with a specialized guarding service and a parking in the surrounding wall of the hotel.
