ALPET enters the Oil market of Albania in January 2005 in partnership with VIL OIL Sh.a. VIL OIL Sh.a. is the first Oil Distribution Company in the country authorized to operate in local petroleum distibution business since 2003.



In a short time ALPET has become a perfect example of a success story by bringing the international standards in the market of Albania. Now ALPET has over 100 GAS stations and is growing rapidly.

Today ‘VIL OIL sh.a & ALPET is providing the best quality products and services from North all the way to the South of the country with currently 100 operational gas-stations located in most strategic areas of Albania. ‘VIL OIL sh.a & ALPET competitive advantages are assured by its large storage capacities, its own vessel for direct sea shipping combined with its commitment for excellent customer service, integrity and professional management.




The main trade activity of ALPET is selling the following white products:
UltraDiesel Premium Unleaded USLD 10 ppm (Euro V);
UltraForce 100 Octane;
A wide range of Alpet lubricants in the Albania.


Alpet Company is classified as the most successful corporation in the field of petroleum not only in Albania, but also in neighboring countries. ALPET has been recognized:

- As a first choice product in the market for 2005 - we owned 17% market share in the dealership of white petroleum products.
- By the end of 2006 it augmented up to 21% market share with a total of 50 gas stations.
- By the end of 2007, the company dominated the market with 25% market share and 80 gas stations.

ALPET reached its target in 2009 by increasing these figures to 30% of the market with more than 100 gas stations throughout the country and continuously expanding its investments in this field.

The success of our operations doesn’t end here; our objective is to expand ALPET brand in Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro.

ALPET is the first fuel company in Albania, providing the UltraForce 100 OCTANE - an unleaded kind of product to the market, that in fact, is quite preferable for the particular market. This type of fuel, despite its high cost, actually accounts for the 5% of total sales figures of the company. ALPET is the only company that imports and trades Ultra Diesel 10 ppm (Euro V) at its own service stations in the Albanian petroleum market only. Compared to other similar products in the market, this product reduces environmental pollution up to 40 times and it improves the engine performance by prolonging its lifespan. Therefore, it’s important to emphasize that protecting the health of people and environment around us is an important benefit of choosing this product.

COMPANY DIMENSION

Currently, Alpet is spreading its operations throughout the main urban areas of Albania, respectively with 100 gas stations all over the country.
This fact is evident at the all service stations carrying Alpet logo with a perfect combination of green and blue color.

The investment plan for 2010 is to have more than 110 gas stations nationwide. In addition to that we are working on the image and Alpet logo at 5 other new locations.

ALPET brand is the first and the sole Turkish-Albanian Joint Venture called ALPET - VIL OIL sh.a operating in the market with ISO 9001-2000 quality management certificate.


EXEN EXEN is a new brand to be offered in the market to give our customers an alternative choice in fueling their vehicles.

The first overpass is currently being built by ALPET.

AUTOFAST SYSTEM

We are the first ones, to bring the automatic vehicle fueling system to Albania. The way it works: After reading details of the card on the if-read of the fuel-pump, via on-line communication the system automatically authorizes the pump to enable refill with the appropriate type of fuel;
The refueling transaction is automatically registered by the system and reported to users, both corporate and private, upon request in a detailed way;

The AUTOFAST System was developed to increase the efficiency and speed of the fastener delivery system compared to other methods that were available at the time.

Our goal is to provide service and support for the finest fully automatic riveting system in Albania.
