INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND

KINGS GUARDS NIGERIA LIMITED: a renowned and active industrial/commercial security outfit was incorporated in Nigeria as a private security company on December 17, 1992 with shareholders funds in excess of N20 million under the pioneering efforts of seven (7) directors, namely:

Since incorporation, our watchword has been ‘customized efficient security services’ and within a short time, the company has acquired the toga of one of the leaders in the security business in the country. Our very strong presence in both commercial and political nerve centers of the country is an eloquent testimony of our elaborate and efficient machinery geared towards the provision of unparallel security services to our clients at short notices. And we are forever growing. Our training and re-training programmes beam confidence out of the entire workforce and the result is efficient service that we are known for.

We are registered with Corporate Affairs Commission with registration No. RC 211657 and licensed by the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs to offer private guard security services with registration No. 000312.
