ACME BUILDERS LIMITED

The company started operation in 1964. It was registered and incorporated as a private limited Company in accordance with the Companies Decree 1968. Attached is a photocopy of our Certificate of Incorporation No. 6118. The activities of the Company Cover amongst other things, the construction of Domestic Buildings , Office Blocs, Warehouse, Workshops/Factories, High Rise Buildings & Civil Engineering Works.



ACME REGISTRERED OFFICE

The registered office of the company is situated at Plot 23, Acme Road, Ogba Industrial Estate, Ikeja where we own a 2.5 acre piece of land on which we have erected extensive buildings of offices ,warehouses and workshops. It is noteworthy that the popular Acme Road of Ogba, ikeja is named after our Company.



REGISTRATION

We have handling multi-million Naira construction projects for the Federal Government and are registered in category “D” with the Federal Ministry of Works’ Registration Board reference No. BD77/19 dated 16th June, 1977.

We have successfully executed big building and civil engineering construction works for many reputable firms and individuals e.g. we handled the extension to federal Palace Hotel, Lagos in the 1970s as well a 6-storey office block construction ikeja for a labour union (National Union of Texile Garment and Tailoring Workers to Nigeria) incidentally on Acme Road too.

We have also registered with state Ministries of works in such places as Plateau, Kaduna, Oyo, Ondo, Ogun and Lagos State too.
