The company has the following personalities as its Board members:

Professor Adebayo Adedeji

Chairman of Board of Directors Professor Adebayo Adedeji is the Chairman of Board of Directors. He was the former UN under Secretary- General & Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Africa and current Executive Secretary of the African Centre for Development & Strategic Studies; he has a distinguished academic career with tremendous managerial exposure and experience at both national and international levels. A seasoned technocrat, he was previously the Federal Commissioner for Economic Development & Reconstruction (1971-1975).

Mr. Olufemi Oyeobu

Director Mr. Olufemi Oyeobu, B.Sc, FCIB, ACIS. Mr. Oyeobu is a Chartered Banker and Chartered Stockbroker and an experienced banker with over 18 years experience garnered in UBA, First City Merchant Bank and First Inter State Merchant Bank where he rose to the Post of Assistant General Manager. He is currently the Assistant General Manager Planning and Monitoring of the newly established Petroleum Development Fund (PTDF), Abuja.

Mr. Mallam Umar Abdullahi

Director Mr. Mallam Umar Abdullahi (Director), B.Sc. Mallam Umar obtained the B.Sc Accounting Degree from Ahmadu Bello University in 1981. He is an experienced accountant with many years garnered in NNPC,TIQUEST Ltd, Empire Group and Fidelity IntraAfrica. He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Valcon Nigeria Limited.

 

Mr. Kola Akosile - Managing Director/CEO

Mr. Kola Akosile, MD/CEO is an Investment Banker and Development Finance expert with over 19 years corporate experience. He was until recently the Assistant General Manager - Corporate and Institutional Banking at Eko International Bank Plc having previously worked in the Investment Banking and Credit & Marketing Divisions of Icon Ltd (Merchant Bankers). He is an alumnus of New York Institute of Finance, World Bank Institute and Arthur D. Little.
