Delattre Bezons Nigeria is a local construction company in the Oil & Gas Industry in Nigeria.
Established in 1978, the company has since participated in the development of major Oil & Gas projects in the country.
Two permanent base facilities operate in the heart of the oil industry in Port Harcourt and Warri.
A dedicated Project Base is located in Bonny. The Head Office is in Lagos.
Known as DBN, the company, over the years has become a major local joint venture partner for international EPC
contractors in Nigeria.

Delattre Bezons was incorporated in Nigeria in the year 1978.
The Company is registered with the Department of Petroleum Resources to operate as an Oil Industry Service Company, Special Category.

Parent Company
Entrepose Contracting France is DBN’s Parent Company. Entrepose has been a leading international Oil & Gas EPC Contractor for the past four decades.
DBN has sister Companies in the UK, Algeria and France.

Presentation

Delattre Bezons was established in Nigeria in 1978 and in 1987, became a Subsidiary of the 70 years old company Entrepose, known today as Entrepose Contracting.
Entrepose Contracting is recognised as one of the most reputed EPC Contractors in the Oil & Gas industry.
Delattre Bezons Nigeria permanent pre-fabrication yards are situated in Port Harcourt and Warri, and the Head Office is in Victoria Island – Lagos.

Site Locations
Two permanent base facilities operate in the heart of the Oil industry in Port Harcourt and Warri.
A dedicated Project Base is located in Bonny.
The Head Office is in LAGOS.

Warri
DBN owns a construction yard in Warri that is situated on River front side on the Express way.
The Total area is 32 000 m² and has:

• 250 m² of office space,
• 170 m of marine facilities (jetty and slipway),
• 1800 m² of Pre-fabrication Workshops

Warri Yard has water front access with Marine facility comprising of Jetty and Slipway.
This jetty is used for transporting material to various sites in CNL facilities.
In 2005, DBN carried out Benin River Flow Station repairs project when the Flow Station was berthed in DBN jetty and the entire Job was carried out in
DBN Warri yard.

Pre-fabrication Workshops:
Two Pre-fabrication Workshops having covered area of 1800 m² with crane facilities are available.
These workshops can undertake Piping & Structural pre-fabrication works.

Construction Equipments:
Warri yard maintains an array of construction equipment which are deployed to various Project Sites as and when required.

The yard has 250 m² of office space which can accommodate up to thirty (30) people with with computers loaded with the latest versions of software and a dedicated mail server and Internet
connectivity.
It also has local and international voice and fax communication facilities.

Port Harcourt

Port Harcourt facilities are used as the Operations Centre for all In- Country activities.
Situated at Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, the area of 23,000 Sq.m. includes 560 Sq.m. Offices and 1,500
Sq.m. of covered space as Steel Prefabrication
Workshops, Mechanic, Sand-Blasting and Painting.

DBN facilities in Port Harcourt operates as the centre for all In-country construction activities. Situated at Trans Amadi industrial Layout, and 23 000 sq is stretching over 23,000 sq.m self contained with sophisticated Office’s, prefabrication work shops, covered space,
HSE training centre, sand blasting, painting, stores, mechanic work shop, fuel station, warehouse and vehicle park.

Construction Equipments

Port Harcourt yard maintain an array of construction equipment which are deployed to various Project Sites as and when required.

Office facilities:
Apart from the facilities mentioned above, 515 sq m of office space is available.
These offices are fully equipped with airconditioning,
computer network, e-mail & internet facilities, local and international voice and fax communications,
rediographic services and vehicle park.

Heavy Lifting Operation
DBN has long, recognised experience of Heavy Lifting Operations.
The Company owns a wide range of cranes including a 200 tons mobile telescopic crane.

Qua Iboe Terminal
EPC Contract for a new crude treatment process, to enable the plant capacity double and storage extension.
DBN’s scope included installation of a gas power plant, 80,000 cum floating roof tank, piping, electrical and instrumentation works Period of execution 1992 to 1994.
DBN’s Contract value 7 MUSD

LPG Extraction Unit EPC Contract at Escravos
Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of a new LPG extraction unit at Escravos, Delta State.
The gas plant has a production capacity of 7,000 BLPD of propane and butane.
DBN was the local contractor of the JV formed by ABB Randall and Entrepose Contracting.
Engineering and procurement was carried out by ABB Randall while construction was under the scope of Entrepose Contracting and DBN.
DBN Works contained Piling (1,200), Civil Work, Structures & Piping prefabrication in DBN’s Warri yard and erection, construction of 3 tanks and 4 spheres (1,200 cum), installation of fire-fighting system, Electrical and Instrumentation.

Project Description : Rehabilitation and Maintenance Works of the Refinery during production shutdown. Total PLC Nigeria was the Consultant, Entrepose Contracting the Main Contractor and DBN the
local partner for the supervision and execution of the Works.
DBN’s Scope contains :

• Replacement of heat exchangers & re-tubing
