NCD Training Programme:
This is where graduate engineers-in-training are placed on a structured program for a period of one (1) year with over half of them nominated by NNPC/NCD (e.g. MIPs).
Nigerian Capacity Development Incentive Program:
This is a programme whereby the most committed expatriate is given an incentive per year to encourage them to be committed to the succession plan and mentoring of Nigerians. This has become part of their performance review criteria on a yearly basis.
Recruitment Of Nationals Working Abroad:
We are currently sourcing for foreign-based Nigerians to work on our projects. We do this through advertisements on our employment website www.worleyparsons.com/employmentand other international websites such as www.oilcareers.com, www.naijahotjobs.com.
Intensive recruitment of nationals through several means of advertisement e.g. National newspapers. We also have an employee referral program that attracts special bonus to employees for referring suitable Nigerians for employment.
DELTAAFRIK is actively looking for opportunities to place Nigerians in senior positions where they appropriately fit into and developed a succession plan for all positions currently occupiedby Expatriates.
Exchange Programme: Nationals are seconded to WorleyParsons’ Offices abroad for international exposure in engineering design, while some are sent abroad to take up roles on projects.
