IMPORTANT PROJECTS OF THE LAST YEARS

The company Konstruktiva is the oldest Czech construction company. It was founded in 1929 in Prague it formed a part of the Skodovy zavody.
Konstruktiva Konsit a.s. is a private joint-stock company, and in 1992 it was established as a legal subject. The firm Konstruktiva KONSIT, a.s. is in this time a quite independent company separated with the property from previous holding company and it is possessed fully by physical persons who are also in the management of the firm.
Konsit offers complex supplies of all types of construction systems. Lately we focus on highly demanding constructions for local and foreign clients. Our company has the expertise needed to perform all works quickly and flexibly, and to offer the highest quality. We employ experienced professionals and have disposal of the required technical and material resources. In March of 1994 all site managers and managers of preliminary works passed the authorization exams in compliance with Regulation 360/92 Coll, and became authorized engineers and technicians. Our company currently has available sufficient number of specialists.
We have built the DIPLOMAT Hotel in Prague 6 for the renowned Austrian company Porr. All works, demanding in time and quality, have been finished in compliance with the terms common all around Europe. We have co-operated with Konstruktiva in reconstructing a building of natioanal importance - the Rudolfinum. The construction was finished in 1992 and the total volume reached CZK 1.20 billion, in 1993 it was awarded the main prize in a national competition as "The Construction of the Year".
Our company Konsit has performed a number of projects. We can name the manufacturing premises of Procter and Gamble in Rakovnik, reconstruction of the Autoklub CR on Opletalova street, the five-star hotel SAVOY at the Hradcany for an Austrian investor, reconstruction of the Bethlehem Palace on Husova street in Prague 1, reconstruction of the departure hall and other objects at the Praha-Ruzyne airport, reconstruction of the ceremonial rooms of the Prague mayor in the Mestska knihovna (the City Library) in Prague 1 for which we received a special award "The Construction of the Year 1995". Further we can also mention modernization of the Vapenka Certovy schody for the Belgian investor LHOIST in the Tman area, warehouse for finished products of the Vitana Bysice for Norwegian investors, reconstruction of the regional headquaters of Komercni banka on Spalena street in Prague 1, reconstruction and annex to administration buildings of Ceska advokatni komora (the Czech Chamber of Advocates) on Narodni trida in Prague 1. We have also reconstructed and repaired an object owned by the company Hutnictvi zeleza, a.s. creating a commercial passage from Vaclavske namesti to the Politickych veznu street, this passage is called after Jiri Grossmann, Czech actor. At the end of our list we can include construction of an administration building for the Czech-German company Nordstahl, Filling and distribution of technical gases AGA GAS in Kladno for Swedish investors, CKD Tatra Zlicin, reconstruction of a swimming pool operated by the Charles University in Hostivar, construction of administration buildings for the National Aerial Inspection Office, luxurious residential buildings in the Spiritka area.

In March of 1997 we successfully concluded reconstruction of a national monument - the Carolinum. On the occasion of the ceremonial opening of this building we received an award from the University Chancellor for executing the reconstruction in an exceptionally short term without any impact on the work's quality. Besides the reconstruction itself, the Carolinum project included also project documentation and engineering works. In October 1998 we finished reconstruction of the Archbishop Palace in Prague and in November reconstruction of the Mestska knihovna (the City Library) in Prague.
In 1998 we also handed over a multipurpose building located on the Wenceslav Square and used by the banking institution Skala, a new administration building was built for the company APD at the Praha-Ruzyne airport, a new handling building and warehouse for the Vitana Bysice, execution of Phase I of the Botanic Garden of the Charles University, premises for produstion of pharmaceutics in Jesenice, reconstruction of the ASTRA palace on the Wenceslav Square, construction of STYRENE III in the plot of Kaucuk Kralupy for the company ABB, reconstruction of an administration building on Zlatnicka street for an Austrian investor, another reconstruction phase of the old airport terminal.
Last year we finished and we handed over the Laser hall for the Czech Academy of Science, construction of huge warehouse and extension of administrative building for the Coca-Cola Company, reconstruction of a building for the Faculty of Social Sciences of the reconstruction of the Spork's Palace for the Faculty of Philosophy of the Charles University, reconstruction of the Kynzvart castle, civil part of the project Visbreaker Litvinov for the concern ABB.
Currently our company is executing above all a new stage reconstruction of original building of the Airport Prague, we are constructing new dwelling houses, we are doing reconstruction of storage halls for the company Leciva a.s. in Mecholupy and the new large office building for the same company, refurbishment of Valdstejn Riding School for the Upper House of Czech Republic, refurbishment of the castle Vysoky Chlumec, reconstruction of the "Mining instructional path" in the Krupka-town in the PHARE-program, refurbishment and additional construction of administration center Jankovcova, new construction of Community Center in Prague 13 and the civil part of the FCC - OSBL project for ABB concern in Kralupy n.Vlt.
Evidence of the quality is the fact that our company received the award for the best structural architectonic detail in the "Structure of the Year" contest in two consecutive years. Another of our construction projects - Reconstruction of the City Library - received first prize in the nationwide exhibition "INTERIOR 99".
Our company is stabilized and in good situation. It meets its obligations and will continue to do so.
In the last five years, it has been our common practice to get into contractual relations with investors with extraordinarily short deadlines for product realization. Since our establishment in 1992, we have consistently met our deadline obligations, which can be seen by the fact that up to now none of our clients have implemented any sort of penalty against us.
