The fresh fruits and herbs are provided by The Coconut Residence's grounds, from the ocean nearby comes the wide variety of fresh fishes and crustaceans, meat is selected and imported from all over the world, while the wines are chosen from the best European vintages.
What can one do in Paradise? For those who still have energy left after sampling the foods, a sunset cruise on the Gambia river might be the answer, while a deep sea fishing expedition is also an alternative. One can go bird watching, Gambia having one of the largest variety of birds in the world.
