"Manas" International Airport - one of
the biggest and modern airports in the Central Asia
with carrying capacity - 1700 persons per hour.
Reconstructed "Manas" Airport provides
international and domestic flights, airport is able
to accept all types of aircraft and possesses of
the longest artificial lending runway. in the region.
Transportation geography from "Manas' Airport
includes European countries, Asian countries and
Near east. Airport "Manas" is situated
at the center of Chu valley about 23 km to the north-west
of the capital of Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek city.
Airport building has 3 check-in halls intended for
simultaneous service of three direction - international,
CIS, domestic flights. All information about flights
operating at real time operation mode is reflected
on the special information monitors. Regime of airport
"Manas" airport is day and night.
Set in 1974, "Manas" Airport began reconstruction
in 1996, which included modernization of passenger
terminal, reconstruction of airfield and new system
of ILS landing.
Owing to conducted reconstruction airport building
complex looks much better. Both outward appearance
and inside interior of the airport building have
changed. Check-in points of boundary control, custom
house, aviation safety are reconstructed. Furthermore
all procedures concerned with passenger and load
servicing are constantly improved and perfected.
Numerous cafe, avia-cashiers, VIP-hall, information
bureau, shops, business center assist to decide
all the questions and qualitatively satisfy the
requirements of passengers. Duty-free shop- cafe
is open in the international zone.
Air Cargo is managed by the Manas Management Company
that have all the necessary infrastructure, breadth
and depth of knowledge and experience to formulate
future strategic, Cargo and In-flight Catering,
requirements here at Manas Airport. State of the
art equipment and facilities, a skilled and motivated
workforce, competitive pricing and world-class terminal
and runways ensure that passengers or all manner
of Cargo receive first class treatment.
The Catering Complex is an 850 m2 fully equipped
center, able to produce in excess of 2000 meals
per shift to world-class standards for either: first,
business or economy class passengers. The catering
facility, outfitted with the latest Italian manufactured
equipment, was built and is operated to stringent
IATA health, The Manas Management Company has the
ability to cater for custom produced meals for either
private jets, airline crews and individual passenger
specific requirements.

Control |
All the persons who are to cross the customs
border have the equal authority to import and
export goods and transport in/out of the Kyrgyz
Republic in compliance with the Kyrgyz Legislation.
Declaring of goods being transferred through the
Kyrgyz Republic customs border by physical persons
(with the exception of the goods being transferred
as non-escorted goods and those being carried)
is to be maintained in written form and verbally.
Not declaring the availability of such goods by
a physical person should be taken into consideration
as declaring non-availability of the goods listed
below by the person.
Compulsory declaring must undergo the following
goods transferred through the customs border of
the Kyrgyz Republic by physical persons:
- National and any other currency and securities.
- Articles made of precious metals and gems in
any form or condition.
- Weapons of all descriptions and ammunition,
explosive materials.
- Narcotics and psychoactive drugs.
- Antiques and objects of art.
- Printed matter and other repositories of information.
- Poisonous and virulent substances and medicines.
- Radioactive materials.
- Subjects of flora and fauna, parts and articles
made of such objects.
- High frequency devices and means of communication.
- Any goods for operational and any other commercial
activity, which should undergo the customs duties.
- Goods under temporary export or import.
- Means of transport.
Completing the unified customs passengers'
declaration blank form
The unified customs passengers' declaration should
b completed by all persons aged 16 yrs. And should
be submitted to the Customs Office maintaining
the customs processing of the good being transformed
through the border of the Kyrgyz Republic.
All the data should be insert with legible writing
without any corrections. In case of any inexatitudes
revealed, corrections are allowed with the permission
of a customs officer.
In case of a passenger not having declared the
availability of currency or any other goods, but
notifying on that when being asked verbally, should
enter the proclaimed data into the declaration
by his/her own hand.

Service |
Consular Service in the "Manas" International
Airport is a consular agency of Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of KR and ensures a consular service of
individuals arriving and leaving from Kyrgyz Republic
through "Manas" airport, as well as fulfils
civil-legal support to Kyrgyz people.
Consular service uses a simplified order of drawing
documents' registration at entry and departure from
KR of foreign citizens through "Manas"
airport, ensures a decision of practical questions
of official entry and departure of foreign citizens,
as well as of foreign tourists.
Registration and issue of visas to the foreign citizens
and persons without citizenship, arriving to Kyrgyz
Republic through "Manas" International
Airport is carried out upon their arrival to a check-point.

The argument for issue
of visas is a valid foreign passport or its demountable
document, issued by competent bodies of a country
of citizenship or permanent residence.
Citizens of foreign states provided by appropriate
list confirmed by the Government of KR can get a
visa in a foreign representative office of KR or
directly on arrival in the consular service in "Manas"
airport on the basis of personal turning for a period
to one month.
Consular agency for rendered services levies consular
charges and charges towards of compensation of actual
expenses for these services in accordance with the
approved tariff.
List of developed countries of the world, people
of which, in case of arrival in Kyrgyz Republic
with investment and business purposes, can get entry-departure
visas of Kyrgyz Republic in diplomatic representative
offices and consular founding of Kyrgyz Republic
abroad, as well as in the Consular Sersice in "Manas"
airport on the basis of personal turning for a period
to one month.

operator of the Air Cargo and in-flight Catering
complex at Manas International Airport. The Manas
Management Company has a very close and professional
association with both Manas Airport authorities
and Kyrgyzstan Airlines and have their full support
as the sole licensed service provider at the airport.

Documents required for ticket registration on
international flights
· Passport for traveling abroad with registered
exit and entry visa

Ticket reserving on international flights
Passengers may book tickets in advance. For that
they can turn to any agency of the airline or traveling
agency. Perplexing seat is showed in an appropriate
column of the ticket by code "OK". Code
"RQ" shows that it's not possible to confirm
required place.
Booking confirmation
Please confirm your intention to continue flight
or to use return ticket if you are interrupting
your travel more than on 72 hours. For that please
turn to the nearest agency of airline where you
booked your trip at least 72 hours before your aircraft
departure. If it won't be done then, unfortunately,
your booking will be annulled.
Booking cancellation
Please refuse from your booking if your plans
are changed and you are not going to continue
the flight. If you won't make use of confirmed
booking then your all further booking on the route
will be automatically annulled.
Alterations in tariffs and rules
Tariffs, charges or rules are considered valid
if they were acting on the day of beginning of
transportation (i.e. on the day of use of first
flight coupon of ticket). If the transportation
already began then any tariffs, charges or rules
alterations cannot be used if it's not specially
stipulated. In case of booking alterations contract
on transportation concluded between passenger
and carrier (passenger ticket) is subject to alteration
in a part related to tariffs, charges and rules
Ticket validity
Tickets paid by the full tariff are valid during
a year from the day of flight beginning. Travel
by tickets paid by special tariffs assumes appointed
limitations in terms of ticket validity. It's
necessary to inform airline or travel agency that
ticket is registered with the use of special tariff
when you are booking a ticket or changing reserving.
Non-fulfillment of this may bring to inconveniences
or additional expenses for passengers.
Consecution of flight coupon validity
Numbers specified on it only considers flight
coupons valid for transportation in series. Flight
coupons are not accepted for transportation, return
or exchange without appropriate passenger coupon.
Unused flight coupons are considered invalid for
transportation if the next flight coupon was already
used.
Children
Children up to two years without separate seat are
carried with payment 10 % from the cost of individual
or special tariff and have no right on free carriage
of normative baggage. For carriage of second and
consequent children up to two years by one adult
passenger is paid 50 % of the appropriate individual
or special tariff with accordance of free baggage
carriage norm by norm established for passengers
that paid the full tariff. Children from two to
12 years pay 50 % of the appropriate normal or special
tariff of their adult attendant passenger. They
have the right on separate place and free carriage
of normative baggage.
