The joint-stock commercial bank "InvestTrade
bank" has actively functioned on the market
of financial services for more than 8 years. This
may seem unsurprising, but it is important to take
into account the uneasy conditions witnessed in
the Russian environment; yet the bank's development
proceeds successfully.
Today the bank is known as a lending institution,

to its clients, both public and private sector,
and come from all spheres of the economy.
One of the primary tasks we that we undertake is

THE BANK |
JSCB "INVESTTRADEBANK" - Central
Bank of the Russian Federation General License for
the execution of banking operations ? 2763 - has
been working in the Russian financial markets since
March 28th 1994. At present the bank is a modern,
universal, financial organization. The bank has
232 employees, two branch offices in Ivanovo and
Kineshma, and five additional offices in Moscow.
Total assets were valued at almost RUR 2,600 million,
and the share capital at RUR 740 million.
The bank's main activity is focused on rending services
to large, small and medium sized Russian companies.
The majority of our clients are building, manufacturing,
foodstuffs, and tourist companies, higher-educational
schools, alcohol producers, and some well-known
Russian publishers. Our lending activities are focused
mainly on long-term loans, which have always been
a cornerstone of the bank's business. Eight years'
of experience has enabled the Bank to preserve and
magnify the trust of clients.
The main banking services we offer to our customers
are:
· Settlement services.
· Stock and money market operations:
o Dealing with Bank's own promissory notes and
high-liquidity ones of other issuers;
o Advising customers on the current state and
prospects of the financial markets;
o Currency exchange operations on MICEX and interbank
market.
· Dealing with corporate and government
bonds, nominated in RUR and hard currencies.
· Factoring and leasing operation.
· Lending to the corporate customers.
· Lending operations are remained a priority
banking activities and involving an issue of a
bank's guarantees.
· Depositary operations.
