We have seen our company grow and we feel the responsibility and the desire to collaborate with the community.

Rwanda has seen a tremendous growth as a business destination and Kigali Serena Hotel has positioned itself as the ideal place for meetings, conferences and business development, focusing and developing its services on this area. The hotel provides an environment in which people can feel secure when they come to Kigali, and to undertake functions and seminars that are taking place on its extensive conference center, 500-seater auditorium and lavish ballroom.

In the following years, the objective is to add another hotel to Serena Kigali and Serena Lake Kivu. The group is looking to establishing a five star Lodge in Kinigi, near where the silver back mountain gorillas are found, as well as continue with the expansion of the already existing facilities at the Kigali Serena Hotel by a hundred rooms. But above all this, the main focus continues to be the proper training and skills development of the staff, which will allow Kigali Serena Hotel to stay ahead of the competition.
