Preferences

Personalized care, because we genuinely care- this is our trust. Our concept of caring is based on understanding the importance to meet the unique needs of every guest. You will be asked to fill-in our Guest Preference Form where you can request your favorite newspaper, fruits, jam, scent, pillow and on your return, the Butler will ensure that your room is kept with your preferences exactly the way you like it.

Speedy Check-In

Enjoy seamless check-in with our state-of-the-art EDC system that allows you to conveniently proceed directly to your room upon arrival. Your friendly Butler will assist you to your room then just present him your credit card and enjoy hassle-free check-in. Accommodation

The hotel has a total of 236 all-executive, contemporary rooms with floor-to-ceiling views of the bay and/or the city. Designed with absolute regard to your comfort and aesthetics, every room creates an environment that is efficient and casually elegant, conducive for both work and rest.

Each room has an expansive granite desk, two phone lines, a fax line, broadband internet, fully-stocked mini bar, and personal coffee and tea making facilities.

A separate bathtub, shower cubicle, television and a sliding wall that opens the bathroom into the bedroom are few of our outstanding features to guarantee your comfort.

Superior Room

Sink into a king-size bed in an expansive 33-square-meter average sized Superior King Room or in two twin beds in a spacious 38-square-meter Superior Twin Room, with king size goose down feather pillows (other types available) and views of the city and/or bay. Then, wake up to your daily supply of newspaper, 2 bottles of mineral water and turndown service. Shoeshine, and wake up call service, with your choice of coffee or tea are available upon request. Also readily available for you, free of charge, are amenities like power converters, iron and ironing board.

Deluxe Room

Your choice of King at 44 square-meter, Queen at 31 square-meter, or Twin Beds at 41 square-meter. All our Deluxe Rooms offer spectacular views of the city and/or bay. All guests receive daily newspaper, 2 bottles of mineral water and turndown service. Shoeshine, and wake up call service, with your choice of coffee or tea are available upon request. Executive Room

Your choice of King at 42 square-meter, Twin Room with 2 double beds or Twin Room with twin beds at 41 square-meter. All our Executive Rooms are located on high floors, affording you with expansive views of the city and/or bay. All guests receive daily newspaper, 2 bottles of mineral water and turndown service. Pacific King Room

Sink into a king-size bed amidst king size goose down feather pillows (other types available) in the most spacious room in the hotel (51 square-meters). The bed is thoughtfully placed to afford guests with spectacular views of the city, bay and tropically landscaped swimming pool. This thoroughly considered room can be connected to a suite with an Executive Room with two double beds. Suites

Pacific King Suite
At 60 square-meter, the Pacific King Suite has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living room. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer views of the city and/or bay. The bathroom has a sliding window that opens into the bedroom. All guests receive daily newspaper, 2 bottles of mineral water and turndown service. Shoeshine, and wake up call service, with your choice of coffee or tea are available upon request. Also readily available for you, free of charge, are amenities like power converters, iron and ironing board.

Deluxe Suite
The Deluxe Suite offers the privacy and comfort of a fully-serviced living accommodation. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room and a dining area at an expansive 85 square-meter area. All rooms are equipped with coffee and tea making facilities. The television and CD player are enclosed in a built-in armoire. Both living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling glass windows that afford guests with spectacular views of the city and bay. 4 telephone units, including a wireless telephone and a 2-line phone at the work desk, a connecting door to a separate Superior Deluxe Room, a separate luggage room – all round up the home-like comforts we are prepared to give you.

Executive Suite
The Deluxe Suite offers the privacy and comfort of a fully-serviced living accommodation in a 126 square-meter expanse. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room, a dining area that can seat 8 people, and a kitchen equipped with a gas range and refrigerator. The room can connect to an Executive Twin Room to make it a 2-bedroom suite, or to an Executive Deluxe Room to make it a 3-bedroom suite. All rooms are equipped with coffee and tea making facilities. Both living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling glass windows that afford guests with spectacular views of the city and bay. 3 telephone units, including a 2-line phone at the work desk, a separate luggage room – all round up the home-like comforts we are prepared to give you.

The Presidential Suite
At 178 square meters, the Presidential Suite has a Master’s Bedroom, a guestroom, a living room, a dining area that can seat 8 people, and a kitchen equipped with a gas range and refrigerator.

The stylishly elegant Master’s Bedroom has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offers a breathtaking view of the city, a mini walk-in closet, a vanity area, and a spacious bathroom that offers male and female toilet facilities, and a bathtub that operates as a Jacuzzi.

The guestroom is also fully-equipped with a television, mini component system and fax machine. It has its own bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

Our Lobby Lounge, Pacific Lounge and Adriatico Square provide a selection of the best local dining experience. Whether you want a place for a relaxing moment with a friend, casual meetings with an acquaintance, or tasteful entertainment at night, you will find the perfect place for your discerning tastes and needs in our lounges and restaurants.

Pacific Lounge

Encompassing the top floor of the hotel, the Pacific Lounge is the ultimate luxury lounge where one can enjoy a healthy buffet breakfast to start the day, soft refreshments throughout the day and evening cocktails whilst watching the city spread below or the stunning sunsets over Manila Bay, afforded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls that lovingly wrap the lounge. International and national à la carte selection is served during lunch, for snacks and dinner.

Facilities, spread over 12,000 square feet, include private meeting rooms (complimentary use to registered guests), a separate lounge, dining area and bar and a rooftop garden with gazebo. Books and magazines, board games and a billiard table are available to while the time away. The mood is business and professional by day, relaxed and sultry at night. Enhanced by discreet entertainment on occasion, it is the perfect venue to end a day. This lounge can seat up to 150 persons.

Lobby Lounge

Intimate and cozy, the Lobby Lounge is definitely the place to enjoy a relaxing moment with a friend or to just be yourself with a favourite cooler in hand and some extra time to savour. The lounge features comfortable seating arrangements, with a selection of freshly squeezed juices, a selection of teas and coffees, wines, beers and cocktails. The lounge can seat up to 25 persons. For business travelers, this is an ideal place to meet with associates and business partners for some light conversation.

Adriatico Square

The splendour of Adriatico Square, with its grand marble staircase, shimmering glass elevators and ample underground parking, is a gourmet's paradise, with several acclaimed restaurants and bars securely under one roof, that blend together to create Manila's premier culinary destination.

Four floors of restaurants, snack bars and entertainment centres give you a wide choice from which to choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Choose from a range of Chinese and Japanese full-service restaurants to the more casual bistro-style cafe, where you can just relax with your friends:

Le Japon Café, Gloria Jean's Coffees, Fruit Pops, Healthyleecious Noodle House, Miyabi Express, Sun Sin, Capuccino, Miyabi Japanese Restaurant, China Place, Mini Shabu Shabu, Tong Yang, Caesar KTV.

MEETINGS AND EVENTS

Pan Pacific Manila offers a wide variety of services and amenities that cater to the accurate needs of the most demanding clientele. Be it for business or pleasure, our facilities and services offer the perfect locale, render personalised service and oversee the smallest details to make your banquet, meeting or seminar an unforgettable experience.

Seven function rooms are available. A grand ballroom, which can accommodate a maximum of 300 people for a banquet set-up, and / or an intimate meeting room can be arranged to meet your needs. All functions are catered with fine linen, chinaware and glassware. Custom-planned functions are made available through our selection of refreshing, contemporary and innovative menus, specially prepared for a discriminating clientele.

Pacific Grand Ballroom

Pacific Grand Ballroom measures 35.8 x 12.0 metres / 117' 6" x 39' 4" (430 square metres / 4628 square feet), with a ceiling height of 5.0 metres / 16' 4" and door measurements of 2.3 x 1.9 metres / 7' 6" x 6' 2", and can accommodate up to 500 guests theatre style, 300 classroom style, 330 banquet style, 150 boardroom style and 450 reception style.

The Pacific Grand Ballroom can be divided into four separate function rooms. It can be reconfigured to theatre-, banquet- or reception-type orientation to accommodate different functions and number of guests. Natural daylight can come through its windows by simply arranging the draperies / curtains.

Boardrooms and Conference Suite

Boardrooms
Boardroom I measures 7.0 x 6.7 metres / 23' 0" x 22' 0" (47 square metres / 506 square feet), with a ceiling height of 3.5 metres / 11' 6" and door measurements of 2.4 x 1.8 metres / 7' 11" x 5' 11", and can accommodate up to 50 guests theatre style, 15 classroom style, 20 banquet style, 15 boardroom style and 10 reception style.

Boardroom II measures 8.0 x 6.7 metres / 26' 2" x 22' 0" (54 square metres / 581 square feet), with a ceiling height of 3.5 metres / 11' 6" and door measurements of 2.4 x 1.8 metres / 7' 11" x 5' 11", and can accommodate up to 60 guests theatre style, 20 classroom style, 30 banquet style, 20 boardroom style and 15 reception style.

Each Boardroom has its own white projection screen that automatically unfolds by pressing a switch.

Conference Suite
Conference Suite measures 11.9 x 10.0 metres / 39' 0" x 32' 10" (119 square metres / 1281 square feet), with a ceiling height of 5.0 metres / 16' 4" and door measurements of 2.4 x 1.9 metres / 7' 11" x 6' 2", and can accommodate up to 120 guests theatre style, 80 classroom style, 90 banquet style, 35 boardroom style and 100 reception style.

The Conference Suite is ideal for a variety of special events, with one of its walls featuring floor-to-ceiling glass that gives the room a view of the sparkling fountain at the sun deck. Ideal for cocktails and receptions, it has a door that leads to the Gazebo, where you can have a good view of the pool, the city below and the beautiful sunsets over Manila Bay.

Gazebo
The Gazebo measures 19.0 x 13.0 metres / 62' 3" x 42' 8" (247 square metres / 2659 square feet), and can accommodate up to 80 guests reception style and 30, banquet style.

Celebrate extraordinary events in a perfectly dreamy ambiance. Our spectacular Gazebo in classic white setting with cascading waterfalls and lush garden makes it ideal for a quiet rendezvous or a romantic wedding dinner.

Conveniently located at the ground floor, the hotel's Business Centre offers professional and comprehensive secretarial services, translation, interpretation and other services essential to the traveling business executive. It is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily, including Sundays and holidays, offering services and facilities essential to the traveling business executive.

Health and Fitness

VIP GYM
A 660 square feet VIP Gym at the Sundeck exclusive for our in-house guests, the VIP Gym is equipped with state-of-the-art health and fitness equipment and manned by experienced fitness instructors. It features floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing the guests a magnificent view of the Manila bay and the city while working-out. This is absolutely the place to tone those muscles and sweat the tension out of your system. Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Likewise, guests may still step into one of Manila's largest and most comprehensive Health and Fitness Center - all 10,000 square feet - for health enthusiasts. Managed by Slimmers World International, they have professional personal trainers and the latest static equipment and free weights. The gym also offers aero classes: Aero Boxing, Extreme Cardio, Step Challenge, High-Low, Belly Dancing, Yoga and Stretch and Tone.

This is located at the 6th floor of Adriatico Square, open Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 10:00pm; Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Sundays from 8:00am to 1:00pm

Security and Safety

Fire Safe Building
Year 2001, the Pan Pacific Manila was adjudged as Outstanding Fire Safe Building in the Hotel Category. The award was given by the Safety Organisation of the Philippines, Inc during the 28th National Fire Safety Convention. Hard-wired smoke detectors are installed in all guest rooms.

K-9 Butlers at Work
Last quarter of 2002, four Belgian and German shepherds were welcomed by the Pan Pacific Manila team as an addition to the hotel's Safety and Security squad.

Part of their role is to go on rounds to thoroughly check the vicinity from the car park basement to the top floor. The usual baggage check is also being done while one of these K-9s is on the lookout.

In addition to all this, the whole team goes on a series of trainings for bomb threat procedures. This would be one way of contributing to the various measures being taken by the Department of Tourism and the Philippine government for the safety of our guests and the people of the community.
