Could you tell us a little bit about yourself and the major steps in your professional career?

Before I became the acting manager of the Academic Hospital, I used to work as a psychiatrist in a psychiatric hospital, until I got asked by the government during the big crisis in 2002 to join the Academic hospital. The first three years we were only working on audits and a five year plan. In 2003 they asked me to stay and so I did.
