Modalities:
ABS
As complement to several modalities, the fitness offers you
this class in which you will be able to work in full detail
the abdominal muscles for 30 minutes, improving your posture,
combating the flabbiness and strengthening this area that
contributes much to our beauty
Aerobics
This gymnastics modality was already one of the most popular
in academies, but today it lost space because of the appearance
of new modalities. The American teacher Jack Iesorensen brought
the aerobic dance to the gyms in the decade of 70. The objective
of aerobic gym is to offer exercises of light and moderate
intensity that moves the great muscular groups. The classes
are usually divided in four phases: warming-up with stretching,
aerobics, focalised exercises and cool-down with stretching.

Advantages:
It is good for the heart, gives a good mood, improves the
motor coordination, combats stress and makes lose weight.
Stretching
Stretching and flexibility are two well-known words. During
this class, you will get the opportunity to feel what is the
real stretching and flexibility work, improving your posture,
increasing the articulation amplitude, relaxing the muscles,
preventing lesions and diminishing stress.
Ballet
The art of being able to link physical exercises and corporal
expression, where the imagination, the creativity and the
technique occupy a relevant space. The choreographies always
reveal an important history and they transmit, to those who
appreciate, an interesting message.
Advantages: Flexibility, taste for the art of representing,
self-trust, cordiality spirit.
Capoeira
Is a Brazilian martial art, created by the slaves at the time
of slavery. It grew during centuries and today it is a fight
of rare beauty, with its movements, where the defence and
the attack melt through deviations, strokes and jumps, transforming
it in a healthy and involving sport. The Capoeira is the only
martial art practiced on music sound of Brazilian rhythm.
It is a very popular modality, which has been growing in Angola,
mainly after the participations in world the championships,
in which we have been obtaining positive classifications.
Cardio Dances
Activity that has the objective to improve the cardiovascular
and the cardio-respiratory system, and increase the aerobic
resistance. It is important in the prevention of certain diseases,
such as, hart attacks, arteriosclerosis, control of blood
pressure, etc.
It commonly uses mats, steppers, oars, stair, elliptic and
ergo metric bicycles. The classes are individual and according
to the objective of each one.
Advantages: Prevention of diseases, increasing the immunity
level, reduction of the fat mass, bodybuilding, increase of
the aerobic resistance, control of the blood pressure of people
with different physical fitness levels, muscular, bone and
articulation empowerment.
Fit Kids
Is the project that was born out of the idea to provide to
children a space inside the club and of the educational need
to discover and to recover in children the motor incentive.
It is a play and sport activity that develops the coordination,
the capacity of organizing, controlling and regulating the
movement of children.
The space is composed of two circuits, composed of machines
and free circuit.

The
Kids Corner project is assumed as pioneer in the plan of activities
for children and youngsters. We face sports and artistic programs
as important and decisive complements of a balanced education,
which are favourable for the acquisition of competences and
necessary values to improve children's quality of life. Therefore
we present the kids corner, with programs and materials appropriated
to their needs trying to provide good training conditions,
appropriated facilities, a safe atmosphere and nice teachers
with an appropriate education.
Advantages: Increase of the organisation capacity, better
posture, better discipline in daily life, health and wellbeing
Fit Pump
Gymnastics program that aims to influence directly the physical
modelling of the body.
Through materials and programmed choreography exercise routines,
stimulating the musculature of the whole body and with fast
result.
Weights are used to increase the muscular force; it models
the body and reduces the amount of fat through the increase
of the metabolism.
Advantages: Models the body, reduces fat, increases the persistence,
increases the muscular force
GAP
Class destined to work exclusively the gluteus, abdominal
and leg muscles, through exercises providing a complete training
to these three muscular groups.

Hydro gymnastics
Is a class of gymnastics done inside of a swimming pool, taking
advantage of the force of the water as reductor mean of the
gravity action, reducing the risk of lesions and allowing
the rehabilitation of people with restrictions to exercises
with vertical overload (rheumatism, osteoarthritis, lumbagos,
etc.). It has the objective of located muscular empowerment,
increase of the general, cardiovascular and cardio-respiratory
physical condition.
Advantages: Improvement of the force level and development
of the main muscular groups, increase of the sanguine circulation
and of the resistance of the cardio-respiratory system, increase
of the muscle tone of arms, legs and buttocks, improvement
of the flexibility of the articulations.
Localized
The localized gymnastics is a gymnastics framed in the concept
of group gymnastics, which uses localized exercises, with
or without weights and with music. The objective of the localized
gymnastics is to develop muscular force and resistance, as
well as, the reduction of the localized fat mass. The classes
are entertained and the results are optimal.

Advantages:
Reduction of the localized fat mass, increase of the muscular
force, control of the blood pressure, empowerment of the bone
density, improvement of the cardiovascular system.
Muscular empowerment
The systematic work with loads that, through the impact it
has on the muscle mass, determines alterations in the morphology
and functionality of the muscles.

The effects vary according to the age: youngsters /adolescents
(increase of the bone mass), people in active age (hypertrophy
/ bodybuilding), and third age (reduction of osteoporosis).
Advantages: Increase of force, increase of the muscular mass,
reduction of the fat mass, increase of the anaerobic resistance,
improvement of the aesthetic level, decrease and retardation
of osteoporosis, increase of the bone density.
Swimming
Activity with aerobic characteristics, which has the aim to
improve the cardiovascular system. It is considered to be
a complete activity because it is working all the muscular
groups at once.

Advantages:
no lesion risks, as there is no impact on the articulations,
increase of the cardiovascular and breathing condition, increasing
the general physical condition, muscular empowerment and bodybuilding.
Spinning
Class of great intensity, developing the cardiovascular and
breathing system.
A class full of vibration, energy and a big decrease in calories,
which uses special bicycles, similar to race cycles adapted
to indoors classes, in an exclusive air-conditioned room.
It is done in group. The teacher commands the rhythm according
to the music, simulating different courses as ascents, passages
of speed, plane passages and several other situations of the
real street cyclism. It is certainly a class of great intensity,
which aims a superior level of cardiovascular condition.
Advantages: reduces the fat, increases the aerobic resistance,
and improves the cardio-vascular condition.
Step
The step is a physical activity consisting in a combination
of aerobic exercises, of high intensity and low impact. Getting
up and down an adjustable platform, with a programmed sequence
on music, making the simultaneous participation of people
with levels of different physical fitness possible. It provides
a muscular work of high efficiency and a high caloric expenditure,
favouring the reduction of the fat mass.
Advantages: reduction of the fat mass, bodybuilding, increase
of the aerobic resistance, improvement of the motor coordination,
and improvement of the cardiovascular system.
Taekwondo
Combat technique without weapons, for self-defence, involving
ability in the use of the hands and fists, of flying kicks,
escapes and interceptions of blows with the hands, arms or
feet, for the opponent's fast annihilation. The training demands
a high respect from the apprentice for the instructor, as
well as, for all of the colleagues inside and out of the gym.
Taekwondo principles: Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-domain,
untameable spirit.
Total Cardio
A new fitness concept. It is a space totally autonomous, functioning
inside the club. Thanks to the team box a lot of modalities
can be practiced in the same space where each detail was studied
to obtain the maximum comfort.
The best modern techniques were used to create an innovative
project: a flexible space where all of the models are adapted
to the needs and demands. The room is composed by 8 runners,
8 steppers, 8 star bikes and a kit of fit pump and aerobics.
The team box can be considered a gym inside the other. It
allows organizing courses of total cardio or individual modalities
of cardio fitness. The successive use of three types of cardio
equipments guarantees a great variety, which will become an
extra stimulus to the training and will lessen the routine
resulting from the use of just one equipment type.
Advantages: Better cardiovascular condition, entertainment
and wellness.
Total Training
This is an excellent aerobic modality where the beginning
of circuit training is the dominant factor. Done on music,
in group and with a teacher to guide the cardio, localized
or step modalities. It is an animated class where the physical
condition is tested systematically.
Advantages: Increase of the aerobic capacity, increase of
the physical condition, increase of the anaerobic resistance,
increase of the cardio respiratory and vascular capacity.
Well-Fit
Well-fit is a new concept of collective activity based on
exercises of located character for all the main muscular groups,
accomplishing high repetitions with moderate weights, in circuit
form and using equipment to increase muscle tone. For the
first time in the industry of the fitness, the equipment is
used for the integrate development of the physical condition
in a group activity. Well-fit is a combined entertainment
of muscular fortification and cardiovascular work. It is a
concept that was born due to the need of improving the quality
of life of inactive, sedentary people, in all life stages:
youth, middle age, elderly aged, with tendency to consider
the body as something more than a simple physical well being.
It is adapted to the rhythm and needs of each apprentice.
