BRIEF BACKGROUND

Independent University of Angola is a private University whose objective is to create an atmosphere that will develop students into intellectuals and build them into good and responsible citizens.

Through our investigation initiative, we wish to create a good relationship between the teachers and the students, as this will help in the learning process of students.

We also give priority to debates or forums that are based on the exchange of ideas and which are characterized by respect, tolerance and understanding. We also promote good morals.

We are working on a program to encourage other Universities also to contribute towards the economical and social lives of the Angolan people not only concentrating on the academic aspects only.

This will be done by monitoring students during and after their course up to the time they enter onto the country’s labor market.

The University started operating here in Luanda during the education year
