UNIPREV is a Mutualist Association without lucrative endings and promoter of a big social and economic impact project for the development of the country.

UNIPREV is registered, followed the scripture worked in the 2º Conservatory books of the district of Luanda on the 8th of November of 2002, the sheets of ninety-five of the book of notes for diverse scriptures number two hundred and three A, and published in the newspaper of the Republic III Series - N.º 71, 9 of September of 2003, finds itself registered in the Law Ministry Department to fls 18, of the A book of the year 2004, under the n.º 3404, being authorized to exercise its activities in Angola.

Articulation Of The Process Of House Acquisition

Land

The houses will be built on land destined to new urbanizations, conceded by the provincial governments for this purpose. The land will belong to the associate as soon as all obligations of the contract have been accomplished and notarial scriptures have been granted.

Urbanization

The urbanization will have houses of various patterns, buildings, medical centres, creches, schools, commercial and social areas, sports fields, leisure places, children parks, and other public places. The urbanization will have community management, internal regulations, and social being norms. The private settlements to be installed in the urbanization will be a priority to the UNIPREV associates.

The Company managing the urbanization will provide the residents with the following

Community Services:

  • House and Urbanization Management
  • Water and Electricity Contracts
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Technical Maintenance on the Houses
  • Organization and Commercial Management
Priority order of intervention under regional levels

Luanda, Cabinda; Soyo; Lubango; Bengela; Namibe,other Urbanizations in the Interior of the Country

Beginning of Implementation -1º Trimester of 2005
Conclusion of Works - 4º Trimester of 2010

Sequence of Actions:

  • Solicitation to the provincial authorities and gaining of the right of area for the urbanization sites;
  • Contracting Consultant Companies and elaboration of the conceptual proposal of the director plan of the Urbanization;
  • Arrangements with the main Clients on the particularities of the director plan; the typology, patterns and prices of the houses;
  • Arrangements with the financial Contracts, consultory, granting and selling of the dwellings;
  • Accompanying the works;
  • Giving the houses to the associates;
  • Emit titles of properties to the residents after payments have been concluded as stated in the contract.

  • Extension, há - 1,200 - 100%
  • Houses, un. - 5.910 - 24%
  • Medium Income - 2.460 - 10%
  • High Income - 3.450 - 14%
  • Apartments, un. - 18.480 - 76%
  • Residences, Total - 24.390 - 100%

UNIPREV urbanization

  • Extension, há - 122 - 10%
  • Houses, un. - 1.400 - 6%
  • Apartments, un. - 2.400 - 10%
  • Residences, Total - 3.800 - 16%

UNIPREV assumes the construction of 57% medium income houses, or 6% of the total of houses to be built and 10% of apartments.The Project will be developed attending the Director Plan Director elaborated by the consultant company.

UNIPREV is going to urbanize nearly 15% of the Satellite City“Margin Kwanza according with its contractual responsibilities before the Government of the Province of Luanda and master lines of the Plan Director, elaborated by the company GIVE Al-Handasah by order of the Government in the scope of the program of urban rehabilitation of the capital of the Country.

Conclusion of Works - 4º Trimester of 2010

Characteristics of the houses

The houses will have several patterns and standards of accomplishment.They will be built based on masonry and other technologies of modern constructions in form of residences or in blocks of apartments, with vast dimensions, respecting the international standards and our realities.
