team in Algeria recently had the honour and pleasure
to meet with President Jacques Chirac of France during
his State visit to Algeria.
This
is the first visit of such magnitude made by a French
Head of State since the country's independence. Our
colleague Delphine Reynaud was honoured with this photo
during the press conference that followed the visit.
