In algeria, the leading glue manufacturer is BELCOL! Created in 1968, it has acquired outstanding experience in glue manufacturing. Its products are sold all over the national territory as well as in many African and European countries.

BELCOL has agreed to important investments in order to satisfy its customers’ demands, assuring them its best services.
The production facilities are approximatly 10.000 m² and its production capacity is 20.000 Tons/Year.
In order to offer the customers the best products, BELCOL has endowed itself with a laboratory providing analysis services, surveys and researches for specific glues that are made to the customer's requirement.
All BELCOL products undergo quality control before they are merchandised.
To respond to the customer's requirements, BELCOL has widened its range of production to glues made of:

BELCOL products can be used on any material and for various needs, such as:
glass labeling, metals, plastics, cardboard boxes, building, shoes, leathers, coating of soils and walls, various industries, ... etc.
The packing of BELCOL products are done to satisfy all customers: small bottles for students or for the office, in tubes, in metalic and plastic boxes, barrels and skiffs. Our glues are merchandised in packings of 50 cl to 200 Kgs. For every application, we propose a very specific glue that answers the customers' demand, and the necessity of good work on machines, time of hold, time of drying, wash ... etc.

Nature: Glue basically from acetal of polyvinyl
Aspect: While liquid glue
Viscosity: At 20°C 8000-10000 CP
-The materials to hold must be cleaned, without any dirt
-Apply the glue in preference on the two sides to join then gather and put under press during 6 hours |
-Duration of tightouing may change according to the registred weight, etc ... then let the gluing to stabilize before any machining.
-The holding of the glue will end after 24 hours of tightening, we obtain the best gluing with wood which has a degree of humidity below 15 per cent (wood so called dry by air)
-By water
-Adding water as a diluter lenthens notably the duration of glue drying
-On rough surfaces and panels of particles from 200 to 250 g/m2
-On polished surfaces (polished and puwiced fine) from 125 to 175 g/m²
-In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediatly with a big quantity of water and see a doctor
-One year, in original package and not open, and under normal conditions
-Keep in safe from frost
