PROFILE

A YOUNG AND DYNAMIC COMPANY- A SECTOR IN FULL EXPANSION.

On December 31st 1999, at the end of two years of existence, LOTENY TELECOM or TELECEL Côte d'Ivoire or TELECEL DE LOTENY has reached a certain reputation that makes of it a well known and respected company within the Ivorian economic landscape.

Earnestly requested everywhere, it eagerly takes part, with about 79 staff hirings during 1998, in the economic development of Côte d'Ivoire .

With the present technical revolution and the frantic development of new services (Internet, satellite communicaton), competition will be severe in the years to come.

Moreover, LOTENY TELECOM has to run a debt of nearly 4 billion fcfa (circa USD 6 million) in order to finance its development. So the company is to face important repayments in the years to come.

Therefore it's necessary for TELECEL DE LOTENY to consolidate this growth through:

  • Implementing rigorous and efficient management procedures.

  • Reinforcing its marketing department for we are convinced that based on equal technical merit, image and communication will be a decisive factor in the years to come.

  • The stabilisation of its young and qualified staff, by implementing a human ressources policy concerned about promoting its staff development.
