BOARD MEMBERS
Chief Oyekunle Alex Duduyemi. OFR (Chairman)
Chief Alex O. Duduyemi graduated from North Western Polytechnic, Kentish Town, N/W London and Lincoln’s INN, Law School, London. He is a Barrister at law and solicitor of the Federal Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is an internationally accomplished businessman.
Chief Alex O. Duduyemi was an elected Member, Federal House of Representatives, Parliamentary Secretary, Cabinet Office, Lagos and was a member of Federal Delegation to 20th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, New York, USA.
He is the Chairman of several companies among which are Bolex Holding Ltd, Equity Shipping Company Nigeria Ltd, Network Oil Exploration and Production Nigeria Ltd and Bureau Veritas Nigeria Ltd (BV).
Chief Alex O.Duduyemi is also a member of numerous Social Organizations which include: Metropolitan Club – Lagos, Yoruba Tennis Club – Lagos, Island Club – Lagos and Nigerian Fishing Trawlers Association.
Tunji Owoeye (FCA) (Managing Director)
He graduated with B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Demography from the former University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U). He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institue of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria. He wad General Manager Treasury and banking operations, Frontline Savings and Mortage Ltd, up till March 1994 when he promoted the Elephant Project.
Mr. Owoeye is the Group Managing Director of Elephant Oil Services Ltd, Group Managing Director of Pyramid Construction Company Ltd, and Group Managing Director of Imperial Engineering Works Ltd.
He is National President, National Cashew Association of Nigeria (NCAN) a trade association, member of Board of Trustees, Federation of Agricultural Commodities Association of Nigeria (FACAN). He is Nigerian representative of African Cashew Alliance (ACA) the umbrella body for cashew Trade in Africa.
He is a member of the Golf Section of Ikoyi Club, Lagos, Nigeria.
Mr. Owoeye is a member of the Nigerian National Think Tank, a non governmental body sadled with the responsibility of strategic planning for the future of Nigeria.
Akin Ogunbiyi (Executive Director, Operations)
He is a graduate of the University of Lagos with a degree in History and a Master in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He has several years experience in Manpower Management, Corporate Development, Consultancy, Administration, Marketing and Strategic Planning. He has worked with several reputable organizations like Lever Brothers Nigeria Plc, Fayusuf Holdings, Financial Merchant Bank, Frontline Savings and Mortgage Limited. He is a member of several professional bodies like NIM, NIPM, NIPR.
Tolu Solana (Executive Director, Oil and Gas Services)
A graduate of the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo with a degree in Geography. He is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has several years experience in Auditing, Financial Consultancy, Investment Banking and Trusteeship.
He has also worked as the General Manager of Disc Engineering and Telecommunications Ltd with experience in pioneering paging and private telephone provision in Nigeria.
Before joining the board of Elephant Group, he was the general Manager of Index Brook limited, a wholly Nigerian Oil and Gas servicing company with interest in Oil Equipment procurement, Engineering and construction services.
Engr. Tunde Madehin (Executive Director)
He graduated with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the then University of Ife in 1985. Tunde Madehin specialized in electro-mechanical engineering. He worked with ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) for many years as a Service Engineer before joining the Management of Elephant Group Limited as Head of Mechanical Engineering unit from where he became the technical director in charge of the power and Energy Division of the group.
Barrister Wole Koya (Director)
A graduate of the University of Ife and University of Ibadan where he read law. He has several years experience in soliciting & advocacy, he is currently a partner in the law chambers of Koya & Kuti Solicitors.

He is a lawyer of several years standing and also a partner in the law firm of Koya & Kuti Solicitors.

The company is into the importation and distribution of both Urea & NPK species.

Responding to the challenges of a growing and building industrial economy Elephant Group Limited has debuted on its stable, two new products at the close of the 2008 business year, Wheat and Aluminium.
Our principals in South America have for many years been reputed for producing best quality wheat sold to various markets across the globe. Cash Crop
Elephant Group Limited is a significant participant in the cash crop trade like Cashew nuts, Shearnuts, Sesame seeds, Ginger, etc. out of Africa. Managing an extensive network focused on managing purchases directly from the farmers and small collectors, our effective quality management and processing systems add value to our customers by providing them with a consistent quality of cash crops. Elephant Group Limited today has one of the largest presence in the cash crop industry.
Construction and Engineering
The group handles contracts in Building Construction, Road Construction and Engineering Works. Through two of our subsidiaries, namely Imperial Engineering Works Limited and Pyramid Construction Company Limited we handle construction of residential and commercial buildings.
We also engage in the construction, rehabilitation and overhauling of Electricity Installations.
Water Engineering
Elephant Group Ltd handles industrial, community and domestic water production. We undertake Solar, Electricity and Manual assisted boreholes. Our clients include State and Local governments as well as multinational organizations providing portable water for local communities and industrial utility.
Oil & Gas Services
Elephant Oil Services Limited is a wholly Nigerian Company incorporated in 2004 to provide Project Management Engineering and Procurement Services in the Oil & Gas Sector with interest in Upstream equipment and materials procurement & supplies for service organizations in the industry.
