The restaurant Sabores de Mussulo is located on
the ground floor of HCTA. Guests are welcome in
a comfortable set up along with the courtesy of the
staff of the hotel.
Please note that most hotels have a res-

La Piazza del Forno is located on the
1st floor of HCTA. Nicely set up in an exclusive and
select space, the restautant provides priviledged
guests with the best Italian gastronomy and an un-
forgettable experience.
The restaurant is spacious with a capacity of 68
seats. Design, luminosity and a relaxing hushed at-
mosphere invite for a break whilst enjoying exquisite
specialties.
Fresh pasta and risotto, beautiful tiramisu, the menu
is an tribute to finest Italian cuisine.
A private room is also available for guests wishing to
enjoy excellent service and discretion.
La Piazza del Forno also hosts the majestic “Quartas
Feiras Vínicas” organised by the HCTA that com-
bine amazing food and the best wines that have en-
tered the Angolan market.
The restaurant is opened from 12h30 to 15h30 and
19h to 23h. It is closed on Sunday night and Monday.

Horizontal type hotel located in Cacuaco. Guests
can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool surrounded
by tropical vegetation. The 140 rooms are equipped
with individual air-conditioning, cable TV, mini bar,
safety vault, work desk and private bathroom with
air dryer.
WHERE TO EAT
Tradition and creation are widely expressed by the
Angolan and Portuguese chefs in a variety of exqui-
site selection.
Sabores de Mussulo pays attention to details, the
menu is large but the staff can respond to any par-
ticular request to satisfy the most demanding pal-
ates. We particularly recommend the fish and fresh
seafood.
Sabores de Mussulo also has a charming terrasse
in the private garden of the hotel that can also be
booked for particular events such as weddings and
corporate manifestations.
Every Thursday night Sabores de Mussulo offers
the freshest sushi offer in town. Dinner will start with
the tastiest tempura, followed by an impressive se-
lection of sushi, sashimi and makis.
With a total capacity of 76 seats, the restaurant is
opened from
• 5h30 to 10h for breakfast,
• 12h30 to 15h30 for lunch
• 19h to 23h for dinner
