Oon.dah was one of the poshest places to have din-
ner in Luanda by the time we wrote this guide. Nicely
decorated, the fusion cuisine is fine and tasty.

Located at the beginning of la Ilha, the place is fa-
mous for the great Angolan food they serve on Satur-
days. Try also the lobster rice, it is simply delicious.
Ask a table on the terrace, from there you can enjoy
the view on the boats and the bay of Luanda.

You have to visit this place at least for the great view
on the bay of Luanda by night. A spacious dining
room split into 2 levels, the menu is huge and the
food is good. Service tends to be slow when it be-
comes crowded so make sure you go there early,
especially on week-ends. Some say here are the
best sushis in town.

Great set up on the Marginal, built on 3 levels for
3 ambiances. Open roof terrace serving good value
snacks. A high end restaurant on the first floor offers
exquisite dishes. Good to go there on Sundays for a
late brunch even though it gets quite crowded. Good
spot to have a drink and enjoy the sunset. Live con-
certs on Mondays.
