Al Baraka bank was inaugurated on March 14th
1984. It is a pioneer in introducing electronic banking
services in Sudan and was the first Sudanese bank
to introduce Business Re-engineering and electronic
signature and magnetic check-system and to inter-
link branches throughout the country.
Al Baraka Bank offer a wide range of banking and
investment services. The bank investment portfolio
offers funding to all sectors of the economy. Invest-
ment operations are performed according to the
known Sharia procedures; Musharaka, Mogawala,
Murabaha and so on. The banking services benefit
