In 2011, ZPCL plans to construct a nursery in the their
factory for the use of the children of their workers.
They are also developing a three-year training course
that will consist of a series of workshops on cement
production and factory infrastructure maintenance.
This will be offered to Zambian men and women up
until grade 12 upon which time the graduates of the
program will be offered employment. These types of
programs bring great value to the company, as well
as to the future of Zambia.

Zcon Construction Company Limited is a multi-fac-
