The sheet metal of Llamkos is produced by galvanization of cold rolled steel band by continuous plunging into the bath melted zinc. The sheet metal is previously heat treated in a furnace with controlled atmosphere and the surface is cleaned.
Our factory has the most modern technology, which permits the controlled galvanization process of 100 - 500 gr/sq.m on both sides with the same or different layer thickness. The following surfaces can be produced according to order: surface with normal blooms, with mini finished blooms, and with smooth surface of high quality.
The installation for the production is composed of a production line for galvanization with the capacity of 120.000 tones of sheet metal/year.

| PRODUCTION METHOD |
The sheet metal "Llamkos" is produced by galvanization of cold rolled steel band (C.0146,C.0147,C.0148)by continuous plunging into the bath with melted zinc.
The sheet metal is previously heat treated in a furnace with controlled atmosphere and the surface is cleaned. Thus a good zinc layer adhesion on the sheet metal is allowed, giving the possibility for deformation without peeling hazards.
| GALVANIZATION |
Our factory has the most modern technology, which permits the controlled galvanization process of 100-700 gr/m² on both sides with the same or different layer thickness.
There are the following galvanization methods:
- light coating 300 gr/m²
- normal coating 400 gr/m²
- heavy coating 625 gr/m²
- other coatings to order.
