Roaming

Namely, if our net-user goes away from Montenegro, he can use his MONET sim card (and existing telephone number) in that foreign country, if the MONET has a commercial roaming contract with the mobile operators of that country.
For whom is available roaming service?
Roaming service is available for every MONET post-paid user.
In what way can be achieved the right for using roaming service?
If you want to use the roaming services, it is necessary to visit our MONET Center in Podgorica, Njegoševa St. 45, or some other sale center, to fulfill the request and make the advance payment of 200 DEM for physical persons or 100 DEM for juristic persons. For physical persons this payment will be deducted after three months period, and for juristic persons - from the first bill received after activating roaming service.
What does it mean to be in Roaming?
Be in roaming means to be out of the borders of the native-country operator and use roaming service. All talks done in Roaming, are subject to the Roaming rates (tariffs). If you are MONET user and you are, for example, in Slovenia, our roaming partner MOBITEL will serve you
In what way set the parameters on the mobile phone when you are in roaming for the first time?
When you are in roaming, whether you are on the territory of national (Serbia) or international mobile network, it is necessary to access the net of the "host-country". When you are accessing for the first time, do it by choosing manual option of network selection. This option is in your mobile phone under the option of "network selection" where you can found manual and automatic access.
Another important thing about tariffs-while in roaming:
When you are in roaming both calls - outgoing and incoming are charging.
