President (Foreign Investors Council)

Could you tell us more about the structure of the Foreign Investors Council?

It was established in 2006 by David King, with a grant from USAID. They didn’t provide any money but just helped us to start. Today we have over 30 members, who have invested over 4 billion Euros in the country and have over 10,000 employees. Although 30 investors doesn’t sound like a lot, they are the key investors in the country. Also remember that Bosnia is very small, with a population of just 4 million people.
