Can you please send me some background information on Hertz in The Bahamas - how long has Hertz been operating here and do you provide services just in Nassau/New Providence or in the family islands also?

We have operated the Hertz franchise for the past 30 years, with locations in Nassau and Freeport, Bahamas.

The rental car industry in Nassau is fiercely competitive. In your opinion, what differentiates Hertz from its competitors? What makes Hertz such a successful company?

Our success is from a combination of friendly and engaging customer service, diverse fleet, and our ability through technology and customer service to greet and process customer requests two times faster than the competition. These key activities differentiate us from our competitors. We remain successful because of our competitive pricing, fast and efficient service, and sustaining our loyal customers.

How would you say Hertz is positioned within this industry?

Hertz is strategically positioned in the Bahamas by our fleet and efficient services offered to not only capture the leisure visitor but also business and large conference clientele.
