Could you please gives us a brief account of the company´s history, how it was created originally?

FIDESLANTS in Costa Rica and FIDES North America in the USA are both agricultural companies and are subsidiaries of FIDES B.V. which is itself a subsidiary of KIRIN, Japanese Company that produces and trades beer.
