HiPerDIST is a leading IT and Infrastructure solutions
company. A 100% Angolan Rights Company, founded
in 2005 under the Commercial Societies Law. Com-
pany’s creation came about in 2005 after extensive as-
sessment of large, medium and small enterprises and
services providers needs throughout Angola.
The company has considerable experience in devel-
oping solutions, sale of equipment, technical support,
data, voice and video networks design, implementa-
tion, migration and troubleshooting for many different
sectors, as well in structured cabling, intelligent real
time infrastructure management UTP and Fiber solu-
tions and UPS sizing, installation, commissioning, op-
erations, troubleshooting and maintenance. For exam-
ple, HiPerDIST has done business with companies in
finance, insurance and oil industries.
HiPerDIST is accustomed working with LAN/WAN/
MAN, voice and video, security, management, IP ser-
vices and also sales and support for the networking
environment, structured cabling standard and real-time
infrastructure management platforms and UPS solu-
tions.

The mission of HiPerDIST Angola is to provide com-
prehensive and complete high performance solutions
and services to customers that seek sustainable busi-
ness development and growth. As well as continuing
its success in the aforementioned sectors, HiPerDIST
plans on venturing out of its comfort zone into the real
estate sector (providing intelligent IT and automated
systems for houses, conference rooms, home cinemas
etc.) and also intends on increasing its activity in the
financial sector providing information security services.
HiPerDIST have a distinct personalized approach to-
wards their customers and their commitment to their
clients is portrayed in the way they do business.
The company has several partners. American-based
multi-national corporation Cisco has a strong partner-
ship with HiperDIST as do Legrand, CommScope
Systimax, APC, Tripp Lite and Barco, the global
technology giant that turned over 897 million euros
in 2010. There also linked between HiperDIST and
Pearson Vue (a British electronic testing company).

The group Media Nova started its activities in 2008
with the purpose to produce and distribute media
content for the Angolan society. Its activities are di-
versified in the different communication channels that
the group possesses, ensuring information and enter-
tainment with the highest quality and professionalism.

and internet.

In 2009 Media Nova introduced TV Zimbo. The
launching of this first private television channel in An-
gola to broadcast in open signal had a major impact
on the Angolan society.

The vision of the group is to contribute to the cul-
tural enrichment and development of the Angolan
