and has now 140 rooms: 46 twins, 18 suites and

You can taste regional and international culinary
specialties at the comfortable and spacious Res-
taurant Kwanza. Situated next to the restaurant,
the bar Dande provides a refined and relaxing at-
mosphere to unwind and socialize at the end of the
day. The outside seating nearby the pool is also of-
fers a pleasant environment that cannot be found
elsewhere in Cacuaco. The resort is equipped with
a fitness centre.
The Mulemba resort wants to attract its customers
thanks to different packs such as offers for week
end, romantic nights or birthdays. It communicates
through its blog (aldeamentodamulemba-hotel-
resort.blogspot.com), Facebook or newspapers to
extend its base of customers from businessmen
mainly to people from Luanda who want escape
from the city for a few days. It is also one of the
only hotels with internet booking and a website. It
is referenced in Trashotel, Tripadvisor, or Expedia.
The occupation rate is around 65% but increases
continuously as the hotel offers many advantages
with gardens, and a quiet atmosphere of security,
tranquility. As business travelers usually tend to
stay a long time, a friendly environment is manda-
tory.
The project of the management team is to improve
the quality of service, not to increase the number
of rooms. They focus on practical formation for
