To begin with, can you tell us a little more about yourself and your background in the hotel industry?

Basically the normal hotel career, starting with an apprenticeship in the kitchen, Lausanne Hotel School and various assignments as general manager in Asia, the Middle East and Switzerland up to area manager and then president of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts before going it alone with Swiss Inn Hotels & Resorts.
