• Construction of Concrete Elevated Water Tanks.

Swami India International Limited was found by Mr. Khimji V. Pindoria who is Civil Enginner has worked with the leading construction company in Nairobi, Kenya named as M/s Epco Builders. The company was incorporated in July 2004 with the visión to become the leading Real Estate Develpoper and Civil Contrctor in the Gambia. The company started its first year with operating a Laterite Stone Crushing Plant & Manufacturing of Interlocking Paving Blocks. In 2008, the company initiated its first two housing projects named as Paradise Estate and Paradise City located in Old Yundum & Farato respectively. These two projects took the company’s name & prestige a very higher level within a very short period. In the meantime, the company also added borehole drilling to its business activity.

Past achievements:

• Paradise Estate – A beautiful and gated housing estate situated on the coastal highway with 170 Houses. The estate comprises of a huge landscaped park, tac-mac roads, Constant wáter & electricity, street lights, club house, comunal pool & Gym.
• Construction of Brikama Power Station Phase II.
• Rural Water Supply Project Phase III (Construction of 17 concrete elevated wáter tanks & 56Kilometers of wáter distribution network.
