BUSINESS
STRATEGY |
RUSEL's typical feature is its openness. One of
their priorities is to unite prospective enterprises
in the relevant sectors of the economy, implement
advanced industrial and information technologies,
increase management and production effectiveness,
product quality, variety and markets both in Russia
and abroad.
The holding is a prime example of a completely
new level of relations between partners and customers.
It is an intertwining of management, business
and technical goals, an intertwining of information
technologies with primary and secondary electro-technical
equipment and technologies of complex automation
systems. All this characterizes a new era in Russian
power engineering, an era of complex solutions
with a high level of intellectual added value.
The foundation of RUSEL came as a logical extension
of its participants drive to increase their efficiency
in servicing customers by offering complex solutions
and reasonably integrating with leading Western
companies.
The mission of the holding is in line with the
new concept that is being developed in Russia.
The concept of a venture capital industry in
Russia should lead to an increase in production
and provide access to the world market for Russian
hi-tech products. By integrating into the world
economy Russia can no longer be just a supplier
of raw materials. It should become a rightful
participant of the world production process of
hi-tech products and services.
RUSEL has a vast production and engineering basis
and a wide sales network in Russia and the CIS countries.
This could be of interest to foreign companies in
regards to licensing agreements for production,
servicing, equipment and service sales in the Russian
and CIS markets.
The activities of RUSEL are not limited to Russia's
borders. They have customers both in Russia and
abroad. Their servicing and sales network, that
unites more than 40 firms, covers the whole Russian
territory, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia.
RUSEL has business-partners in the USA, Yugoslavia,
Germany and Cyprus.
The quality control systems at their enterprises
are certified by Western standards. Their experience

and Western Europe. More than 60 Russian and foreign
companies were able to benefit from the competence
of their specialists firsthand by receiving actual

MAJOR CHALLENGES
/ ADVANTAGES |
Of course, considerable investments were important
for their launch. However, cutting-edge technologies,
including in management and information spheres,
the development of their own research, development
and testing base, thought-through marketing strategy
and the creation of a vast distribution and service
network had played a decisive role in achieving
swift growth dynamics.
The obvious tendency today is that the Russian economy
has reached a point where Russian companies can
offer foreign partners not only raw materials but
engineering and scientific products by applying
vast experience and knowledge of our highly professional
employees.
As a result the business grows dynamically and the
RUSEL's financial capabilities increase.
