Could you please briefly introduce your hotel and its history in Port of Spain to us?

This hotel was built in 1962, before the Oil and Gas groups came here. It’s purpose was to serve the Oil and Gas industry, and it was all completely funded by the Government of Trinidad & Tobago, and it’s still 100% owned by the government.

The Hilton was the first international brand to come into the country, and it was so until 2004.
