Minister For Food and Agriculture (Government)

The Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA) is the government sector responsible for formulating, planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating appropriate agricultural policies aimed at economic development throughout the country. The Ministry's mission is to promote sustainable agriculture and agro-business through research and technology development, effective extension and support services to farmers, fisheries and processors to improve local livelihoods. Honorable Ernest A. Debrah is the minister in charge of this sector.
