Internet access and e-mail
Dial-up access to Internet remains the basic
type of connection to Internet for today. There
are more than 4000 dial-up users in Kyrgyzstan
already for the current moment.
Differentiated method of pricing
Users' requirements are different - from several
hours per month to round-the-clock access. Our
tariff plans are generated by a principle "to
everybody according to his/her requirements":
1. Corporate tariffs. Intended for those
clients (organizations and business structures,
etc.) which need Internet access constantly. The
range is from access during working hours to 24
hours per day + additional free-of-charge e-mail
boxes.
2. Economic rates. The fixed amount of
time of Internet access during the month, without
binding to certain time.
3. Tariffs for domestic users. Time when
mainly domestic users start to work (evening,
night, weekends and their combinations) differ
by lower prices, than at business time.
4. Hourly access. If you know precisely,
what time is necessary for you, hourly access
is just perfect for you.
Very convenient type of connection is an Internet
card of ElCat Company. Now also Internet CD-cards
are available. Except the access to Internet,
using CD cards you may receive a selection of
programs necessary for your work and an email
address, an opportunity to exchange the used card
with a discount, free-of-charge work in Internet
at nighttime from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. if you still
have a balance on your card.
