Can you give us some historical background of the LTA?

The LTA was formed last September to regulate the telecommunication activities in Liberia. Prior to that the regulatory functions of the telecommunication was handle by the Liberia Telecommunication Corporation (LTC) and the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication.
