Can you tell me about the history of Asirom?

Asirom came out of the old state owned company APAS. After the fall of communism this company split in two companies, namely Asirom and Astra. Asirom was planning to be privatized several years later and it was mainly acquired by a private Romanian businessman and his group. This is mister Ioan Niculae, the owner of Interagro group.
