UniCredit Bank Serbia is 100% subsidiary of UniCredit Group, which came to Serbia in 2001. It was a Greenfield operation that originally was focused on large corporate clients, predominantly from abroad as well as on treasury business. In 2004 we acquired a Serbian bank called Eksim Banka with 40 branches making the first entrance into the retail sector.
