equipment. PCRS subsea products are designed for
high pressure applications and can be installed with
commercial diver or ROV support.

Rotator: Found-
ed in 1959 in Kristiansand, Norway, Rotator originally
set out as a travelling repair business to the shipping
industry. Today, almost 50 years later, the company
has evolved into a state-of-the-art technology com-
pany and market leader within its field. Above all,
Rotator has established a strong reputation for high
quality products designed to endure extreme pres-
sure in harsh environments. Rotator has over the
years demonstrated a thorough capability to meet
the technical challenges of deepwater installations.
We offer our global customer base a wide range of

SUBSEA PROJECTS
Installation & IMR Services:
Oceaneering Interna-
tional, Inc., formed the Oilfield Projects Group (OPG)
as a turnkey marine contracting organization to con-
tract, manage, engineer, plan, and execute small to
mid-size deepwater projects utilizing Oceaneering
resources with the primary focus on the installa-
tion of subsea tiebacks in the Gulf of Mexico. OPG
focuses on managing, scheduling, and operating
Oceaneering´s four Dynamically Positioned (DP-2)
Ocean Intervention Multiservice Vessels (MSV´s).
Oceaneering´s Oilfield Projects Group consists of
experienced turnkey Project Managers and Engi-
neers, operating out of Oceaneering´s Corporate
Headquarters in Houston, Texas. The Oilfield Pro-
jects Group integrates project teams utilizing person-
nel from the various Oceaneering service lines as
appropriate to the scope of work. Oceaneering and
Fugro Chance have an alliance offering integrated
ROV and Survey services to the offshore oil and gas
industry in the Gulf of Mexico. The integrated ROV/
Survey service offers significant operational and de-
liverable product benefits, thereby saving time and
money.

Diving Services: Oceaneering performs air,
mixed gas, and saturation diving operations in depths
ranging from shallow water to 1,000 feet. Oceaneer-
ing also offers atmospheric diving with WASP At-
mospheric Diving Suits (ADS). Oceaneering´s NDE
inspectors certified to ASNT standards along with
DOT certified bridge inspectors provide inspection
services on underwater structures. Oceaneering´s
certified welders perform construction and mainte-
nance welding services including underwater wet
and dry hyperbaric welding repairs.
INSPECTION

Specialist Inspection Services
(SIS): non-Destruc-
tive Testing has radically changed emphasis over re-
cent years from a focus on detecting defects arising
during the manufacture of new products, to detecting
process induced integrity problems. Oceaneering In-
spection has established itself at the forefront of an
NDT technological revolution by a process of invest-
ment in state-of-the-art equipment and specialised
training to meet this step-change. The result is an
infrastructure that offers a comprehensive range of
Specialist Inspection Services (SIS) that individually
or in combination provide state of the art solutions
to the ever-increasing demand for Non-Invasive
Inspection.

Conventional Non-Destructive Testing:
non-Destructive Testing is the branch of engineering
concerned with all methods of detecting and evaluat-
ing flaws in materials. Flaws can affect the service-
ability of the material or structure, so NDT is impor-
tant in guaranteeing safe operation as well as quality
control and assessing plant life. The flaws may be
cracks or inclusions in welds and castings, or varia-
tions in structural properties that can lead to loss of
strength or failure in service. The essential feature of
NDT is that the test process itself produces no dele-
terious effects on the material or structure under test.

Inspection & Integrity Management (IIM): Oceaneer-
ing has extensive experience in development and
delivery of Inspection and Integrity Management
(IIM) services. The company’s proactive approach
seeks to encompass all elements of IIM into the one
integrated process thereby contributing and support-
ing the client´s business objectives:
The safety and environmental standards of the in-
stallation to be maximized
The overall integrity of the installation to be as-
sured to a level as high as reasonably practicable
Plant availability to be maximized
Costs to be minimized commensurate with the
agreed scope and safety standards
Duplication of effort and interfaces minimized
Full support to the client´s Business Plan
Rope Access:
Oceaneering Inspection are firmly
established as leading providers of multi-disciplined
Rope Access services to most industry sectors, in-
cluding the upstream and downstream oil and gas
industry. A full member of IRATA (Industrial Rope Ac-
cess Trade Association) means full involvement and
continuing commitment to high levels of safety and
training. Experienced instructors provide candidates
with training on our purpose built towers prior to ap-
