Since its founding in Syria in 1993, Madar has be-
come one of the leading detergent producers in the
Middle-East, exporting to over 13 countries in Africa
and Asia. As a result, the company has established
two new factories in Senegal and Angola. Main
products are powder detergent and liquid detergent,
bleach, shampoo as well as beauty soap.
After importing products in Angola in 2008, Madar
soon realized the potential of this untapped market.
A couple of years later, the company decided to build
a new factory in Angola to cover the local market
needs.
The plant is currently producing the best quality de-
tergent with state-of-the-art machinery and technol-
ogy. Madar has become one of the major players in
Angola thanks to a dedicated workforce.
