stance, Portocargo is planning to buy more powerful
motorbikes in order for their employees to have bet-
ter mobility. The company also want its employees to
wear uniforms so they can be recognized as being
port employees.
Another aspect that is very important for Portocargo
is foreign investments. As the company has previ-

that Angola has to take advantage of the knowledge
and know how foreign companies bring. In addition,
Portocargo is negotiating with a cosmetics company
from Brazil to start a partnership.
“We encourage investors to come to Angola, the
country is having the best political and military en-
vironment ever, and in the name of Portocargo, we
want to guarantee the best services, coming from
their control in quality, and trying to make the best
commercial relations for mutual growth.”
