Kosovo has suffered a war in 1998 and 1999. How much has this situation affected the telecommunication system of your country and what opportunities were you looking for when you started the activities of IPKO in Kosovo? When the world started booming with internet facilities, we were facing difficulties here and the war prevent us from having links to the net until the late 90s.
