Kosovo suffered a war ten years ago. Since 1999, the Regional Water Company has doubled the number of its customers. What have you done to recover the loss after the war? There was a lot of loss and damage during the war. The first phase was emergent, and we were thinking only to provide clean water. The system wasn’t protected so the first phase was to bring back the water supply system. One of our main systems was bombed and was out of function.
